Students work on, "Safety in the Kitchen" chapter and turn it in at the end of the hour

Students do planning sheets for tomorrow's lab
Those not finished with yesterday's work complete and hand it in for today

Lab - Fruit Crisp Microwave lab
Prepare, eat, enjoy and clean-up today

Work on, "Cost per serving" worksheets as a class and go over in class.

Review Chapters, "Fruits" and "Safety in the Kitchen"
Test - on Monday!

Video, "The Truth About Alcohol"
