Take notes over Communication Chapter 6 in class.  Give examples and discuss.
Discuss, "Steps to Good Communication" and "Roadblocks to Communication".

October 15th - (R)

Watch video, "You've Got Mail" and complete the Communications Roadblocks worksheet that follows the video.

October 16th - (F)

Continue the video
